Bus Pass Tax Credit

The TTC is giving Torontonians a new tax credit hoping more people will ride the TTC. The credit is 15 percent. Personally I don't see how a tax credit will make more people ride the TTC. I think the average person would have preferred them to take 15 dollars off the price of the friggin bus pass. The price of a bus pass climbs each and every year. It's 99.50 now. What the hell! The higher they raise the price, the less people will ride the TTC. That's common sense to me.

They stated that the plan will cost the government 150 million dollars!!! They continually say they don't have money and yet when they really want to do something, they suddenly cough up 150 million dollars to do it. Go figure.
