There are some landlords who are desperate for money. All they really want is the money, not the tenant. She was like that. I could tell she was desperate for money. She wanted the money but she didn''t want the hassle of having me as a tenant. First she said she didn''t really want a woman for a tenant because they wouldn''t be able to help her around the place.

Your tennant is not there to help you around the place. Upkeep around the place is YOUR job, not theirs. She expected me to rake the yard, take out the garbage and shovel snow in the winter. Was she on crack? I am not paying rent and looking after your property. F-U.

She went away for a week or two and when she came back she complained that no one had taken out the garbage. HER garbage. I am a single person who recycles practically everything so I rarely have "garbage". I personally don''t understand how people produce so much garbage, especially in this time when we are supposed to be doing our part to save the environment. She had garbage every week. I had garbade every three months. She was upset because I wasn''t taking out the garbage. When she returned from her vacation the garbage was still in the shed in the backyard. You are probably wondering how she could have had garbage if she was away on vacation.

Well, here''s the good part. Her son (who is in his late 30''s) lives in a nice two bedroom apartment upstairs. Pays no rent and rarely helps her out. The guy works in the entertainment industry and is in real estate. He makes loads of cash. LOADS yet he doesn''t pay rent and gives her gifts that he receives free from his clients. (Cheap fucker). He was home the entire time and never took the garbage out. She expects her tenants to take out the garbage and help her around her property. Her son is much too good for all that. As a matter of fact so is she. She acts like a fucking queen and he acts like a prince. I looked at his hands one day and couldn''t believe it. I lost all respect for him. They were spotless, manicured and very soft. How did I know they were soft. We accidently brushed hands and that''s when I felt how soft they were and took a good look at them. How could a real man have such soft hands? Those are the hands of a spoiled prince who''s used to doing absolutely no manual labor. I have no respect for men like that. NONE.

When fall came, she complained that there was so many leaves all over the lawn. I made no comment. As if I am going to rake leaves off the lawn. When winter came she complained that there was so much snow on the driveway. I don''t even own a car. Her and her son drove. He has one of those luxury cars. His father gave it to him as a gift. Can you imagine? Why didn''t they sell the car and get money instead of renting out their basement? Anyway, she was an idiot if she thought I was going to shovel her driveway. What a lazy bitch. I couldn''t believe it. She had a grown adult male upstairs and she expected ME to shovel.

If a landlord expects tenants to do things around their place they should at least offer a reduction in rent. She expects her tenants to pay rent and do things. She actually expects it and she was so pissed when I wouldn't. She was really a piece of work.
