idiot co-worker

Okay I am at work and one of my colleagues is putting a client on the computer. She is showing her how to use a new program that we have purchased. The client is supposed to come in and use the program on her own.

To me it would be logical to make sure the client has used a computer before. I was standing there watching them and I realized my colleague was telling the client to click and the client didn't know what she was talking about.

I mean duh. How about teaching her HOW to use the computer before expecting her to start using this program???? I just don't know how people's minds' work. I don't even know how some people get their jobs without a lick of common sense. Good grief!!!
